Duck Sauce – Big Bad Wolf (Dada Life Remix)

Dada-Life-Big-Bad-Wolf-Dada-Life-Remix-Live

After releasing a preview fairly recently, Dada finally drops the full verson of their remix of Duck Sauce’s Big Bag Wolf, and it’s an absolute must hear. This is a really refreshing track from this crazy Swedish duo because it strays from their normal sound/song structure. I really enjoy this remix much more than the original version to be honest; maybe it’s because I just love Dada Life. Whatever the case, this one needs to be enjoyed at an incredibly high volume so no one can hear your voice crack when you try to howl. Enjoy!

This Thursday, TORQ SF presents Manufactured Superstars for their weekly TORQ Thursdays at Ruby Skye in San Francisco.

Brad Roulier and Shawn Sabo know music. They know music so well in fact, that not only do they tour the world under the alias of the Manufactured Superstars, but they’re also the founders of the leading Electronic Dance Music download store Beatport. They know music, and they know how to party. Their live sets are sometimes packed with over 100 tracks (many of them custom bootlegs and remixes made specifically for that set) ranging anywhere from Madonna to Guns ‘N Roses to typical bouncy Afrojack club anthems. One could call their style simply fun, because they play party music that makes sure the entire crowd is having a great time. Their tracks such as Take Me Over have been played and remixed hundreds of times all over the world, and they’ve played at huge shows such as Electric Daisy Carnival, Beyond Wonderland, and even Paris Hilton’s personal birthday party.

TORQ Thursdays are located at Ruby Skye in San Francisco, and it couldn’t be a better location. As the #25 nightclub in the world, Ruby Skye boasts an incredible $500,000 sound system, full visual effects, and various other surprises that will make your experience truly memorable. The 2nd floor not only has a great, full view of the stage, but it also has a full bar! For this very special night, Ruby Skye will be transformed into a white wonderland complete with $20,000 worth of extra decor. Come in your white attire and dress to impress; college students from a large number of schools in the bay area are all gathering under one roof for this amazing night.

With opening acts by Pete Smalls and Nightppl, this is definitely a night you can’t miss.

As with all TORQ Thursday events, it’s 18+ to dance and 21+ to drink. Dress to impress, this is a high end nightclub!

Kaskade-01

Kaskade takes his own Empty Streets, Nicky Romero’s Solar, and Tommy Trash’s The End to create an epic mashup appropriately titled Empty Streets Solar End (Kaskade Mashup), and you need to hear it. Kaskade really knows how to create an awesome mashup that truly is just that…a mashup. He uses parts of every song almost perfectly that gives every original a unique feel. This track is definitely one for your DJ set or just to get the party pumped up, so turn it up and enjoy!

Hiperact – Implosion

implosion_wallpaper5

Jackson Taylor, also known as Hiperact, just sent me over his absolutely ridiculous new track entitled Implosion, and you need to hear it. Jackson’s style is unbelievably wicked and this track is evidence of that. Originally from Northern California and now residing in San Luis Obispo, Hiperact is doing big things with his music all over California. I say this every time, but this is his best work yet. Turn this one up to the point where your entire block can hear it and enjoy!

Flux-Pavillion-Bass-Cannon

Flux Pavilion is back with this epic remix of Examples Midnight Run, and it’s a must hear. With the usual awesome vocals by Example and the awesome wobbles the track already has, one would think this track didn’t need a remix to be a great track. Well you’re right, it didn’t need a remix by Flux Pavilion, but with the name Flux Pavilion on a track, you know shit just went from a great track to the sickest. Turn this one up and enjoy the proper way!

Dynamics remixes Liberty’s ThunderFist (feat Whisky Pete), and it’s a must hear! These guys kill this remix with their incredibly unique style; I love every second of it. This track is gonna make you want to jump up and dance but get funky at the same time…it’s a difficult track to describe with anything other than the term “awesome”. Turn this one up and enjoy!

K Theory is back with their latest bootleg of The M Machine’s Promise Me A Rose Garden, and it’s sick. The original track by The M Machine is an Electro House banger, and when K theory got ahold of it, you know it’s bound to get filthy. The original vocals are used perfectly with their signature wobbles making this track one that you’re gonna play over and over. Turn it up and enjoy!
